The Geist Collection - The misunderstood 'Geist'
PTGThe Poltergeist, the Noisy and Vibrational first Energy you will meet, and as a first energy type is usually interactive and friendly. It is also the type of energy or supernatural force to cause physical disturbances like unexplained loud noises, slight movement in objects, and even minor physical assaults to the ears, often centered around a specific person or location, if not correctly communicated with. Unlike traditional ghosts, poltergeist activity is often linked to a non-aware person, usually a stressed adolescent, suggesting psychological energy manifesting physically through phenomena like wall rapping, furniture creaking, or small thrown moved. It is also the most misunderstood and misrepresented of all ‘Geist’ energy types. It is certainly a disembodied spirit or supernatural force credited with certain malicious or disturbing phenomena, such as inexplicable noises, sudden wild thoughts and internal sounds, or breakage of small household items. Poltergeists are also blamed for violent actions such as moving stones or creating sudden weird, strange and unnatural noise. Such events are said to be sporadic, unpredictable, and often repetitive. Animals are the first to react to such a ‘Geist’ activity. **Warning most** Poltergeists appear because you want them to be there.
The Geist Collection - Overview of 'Geist' energies
PGOne of the most powerful instantaneous and spontaneous forces you will ever meet. Its danger to life and its unforgiving nature will catch any seasoned paranormal investigator or medium out. I have spent decades confronting the unseen. I have witnessed objects move with no earthly force, heard voices that should not exist, and felt the suffocating presence of something malevolent lurking just beyond human perception. I have felt the forces of dark, unseen entities that manipulate, torment, and, in rare but terrifying cases, completely Destroy. The case you are about to read is one of the most chilling examples of such a force at work. Fire starting poltergeists, known as "Pyrogeists" are rare, but when they appear, they bring terror and chaos. They defy logic, challenge science, and terrify even the most hardened. Of all the hauntings I have encountered, few are as dangerous as those involving fire. When a spirit energy moves objects or whispers in the dark, it can be unnerving. But when an entity ignites flames from nowhere, leaving destruction in its wake, it becomes something far more sinister. A poltergeist with the terrifying ability to start fires. These are not accidents. These are not explainable mishaps. These are intentional, often escalating, and, at times, deadly. The Pyrogeist preys on the weak, with its life-threatening actions it also dominates over those who feel up to the challenge. It has the power to tease, blister or completely devastate without reason. It controls temperature, it changes the atmosphere and it will strike, old or the very young, it cares nothing for life. Rare as they are, the outcomes of dealing with this energy are life changing for all, it can burn you externally or internally, making this one of the most powerful destructive Geist energies to manipulate and fear.
GGThe Gravisgeist, of dynamic mass and energy. Gravisgeist energies stand out as one of the most enigmatic and dangerous forces that most people have encountered at least once in their lives. Have you ever wondered at the impression left on a bed, couch, soft ground that cannot be explained, except when some on says “that is a ghostly sign”. More common is the feeling of being pinned in the bed or somewhere you know you are restricted. What about the odd arm or limb movement out of nowhere. These are the gentle signs you have a Gravisgeist living with you. The Gravisgeist is not an entity in the traditional sense but a force, an amalgamation of malevolence and despair that defies conventional understanding. They lift the impossible to lift and hold down the lightest of objects making gravity its skill. Dealing with Gravisgeist energies is another matter entirely. Traditional methods of exorcism, rooted in religious or spiritual practices, often prove ineffective or even counterproductive. These forces are not bound by the moral frameworks used to define good and evil. Instead, they thrive in chaos and resistance. These are the very forces that regularly inexplicably move you around whether in the office or crowded street, yet the same force levitates you to feeling ill or lifts an object defying weight restrictions, the Gravisgeist is personal.
KGThe dead do not always rest. Some linger on, bound by the violent physics of their demise, trapped as Kineingeists, ghosts fuelled by kinetic energy. Kineingeists become conduits of raw, unspent energy, bound by the physics they once obeyed in life. And now, in death, they wield it against the living. These are not mere Specters that whisper in the dark; they are forces of motion, rage, and relentless momentum. And they are FAR more dangerous than any ghost story has ever warned. Most Kineingeists are born from sudden or violent loss of life, where life was cut short in a burst of motion. A construction worker crushed by falling steel, a pedestrian flung through the air by a speeding car, a sudden heart attack where life should not have ended. The rarer form of Kineingeist is a form of non-human, that has not faded in the spiritual world. Instead, this energy form has become conduits of raw, unspent energy, bound by the physics they once obeyed in life. And now, through death, they wield it against the living. Their abilities are as terrifying as they are unpredictable. Their abilities are as terrifying as they are unpredictable. Some hurl objects with impossible force, turning everyday items into deadly projectiles. Others generate gusts of wind strong enough to fling a grown man across a room. The most powerful can store motion, lying almost dormant until a victim walks by, then unleashing all their pent-up energy in a single, devastating strike. But the worst of them? They remember. They are a force encountered at the low end of the spectrum as moving an object, opening a door, but are remembered for the highest order of moving human forms or objects deemed too heavy for natural movement. And the most horrifying truth? They’re learning. Adapting. Growing stronger with every burst of motion they steal. Of course there are good natured Kineingeists as well, who move you out of the way suddenly from a terrible accident, stop you for now reason or force objects in your way to keep you safe.
MGThe Magnegeist, an ethereal entity born of electromagnetic chaos, is a terror unlike any other. Whispered about in hushed tones, this ghostly being is said to haunt desolate power plants, abandoned factories, and storm-ravaged landscapes. Shimmering with a spectral glow, the Magnegeist emanates an eerie hum, a distorted chorus of static and crackling energy that paralyzes its victims with fear.
Legends claim it thrives on electrical currents, disrupting devices and plunging entire areas into darkness. Electronics flicker and fail in its presence, leaving its prey vulnerable and disoriented. The Magnegeist’s touch is said to induce a strange, metallic cold, as if the body itself is being magnetized and drained of vitality. Though its origins remain a mystery, some speculate it is an amalgamation of lost spirits and rogue electromagnetic fields, a manifestation of technology’s unintended consequences. To encounter a Magnegeist is to face a chilling fusion of science and the supernatural.
VGUnlike the ghosts of tradition bound to creaking floorboards, shadowed corners, or forgotten graveyards, Voltageists dwell within circuitry, wires, and sparks. They manifest not in whispers, but in the buzz of failing lights. A "voltageist" or electrical ghost refers to unexplained electrical disturbances attributed to paranormal activity. They do not rattle chains, but overcharge circuits, frying appliances and sometimes the flesh of those who draw too close. Witnesses tell of televisions switching on to static faces, voices bleeding through radios long since unplugged, or phantom shocks that seem to carry intent. These phenomena can be dangerous, causing electrical malfunctions, power surges, or even fires. Sudden appliance failures, flickering lights, and short circuits are common signs, potentially damaging electronics or creating safety hazards. Voltageists are also linked to psychological effects, such as heightened anxiety due to persistent, unexplainable disturbances. Faulty wiring or electromagnetic interference can mimic these effects, making it essential to rule out logical causes first. However, if unexplained disturbances persist, they could escalate, leading to increased risks of electrical injury or property damage. The horror of Voltageists lies not only in their attacks but in their intimacy. We cannot escape electricity; it surrounds us, flows through us, even pulses within our own nervous systems. To invite light into a room, to charge a phone, or to rest near a humming outlet may be to open a doorway to something predatory. In the dark mythology of the Electric Geist, the socket becomes a haunted keyhole, the power line a spectral tether, and the spark itself an unnatural heartbeat.
LGThe world as we know it is a delicate balance between light and shadow, a fragile dance of opposites. There is an entity, an unnatural ‘Geist’ that wields both light and darkness as weapons, bending them to its will? A ‘Leukgeist’, a terrifying predator neither fully of this world nor entirely apart from it. The Leukgeist does not simply terrorise; it plays a psychological game, turning its prey’s deepest fears and desires against them. With a flicker of light, it can mesmerize, presenting visions of salvation, hope, or long-lost loved ones. Yet, in the next breath, it plunges its victims into suffocating darkness, forcing them to confront their most primal terrors. It is said that those who encounter the Leukgeist are never the same, if they survive at all. Your eyesight will be attacked and your surrounding become a deadly playground for this Leukgeist. We live by light and without it our world is not safe and yet too much light and we distrust the environment we live in. You are now trapped in a world closing in on you and still the Leukgeist has more tricks in its arsenal.
CGThe one true alchemist of energy is the Chemicgeist. The Chemicgeist is not a spirit of flesh nor a phantom of memory, but an apparition forged from alchemy itself. It arises where reagents rot in old laboratories, where acids gnaw through glass, where vapours saturate abandoned halls until the air tastes metallic and vile. Unlike other phantoms, ghosts or evil demons, a Chemicgeist does not drift, it diffuses, seeping into cracks and pores, carried on breaths you do not realize you have inhaled. Its taste is like no other, violent and abusive to human skin, bones and your environment. Batteries, bricks, plastics, metals and alike misfunction, rust, algae and vapours are its signs, looking natural and not out of place You are slowly, carefully and methodically being attacked. Illnesses will be all around you, subtle and yet locical, you will miss its signs. However once ignited its terrifying destruction in your world will be overwhelming. To banish a Chemicgeist is nearly impossible. You cannot cut it, for it has no tissue. You cannot starve it, for it feeds on instability: disease spreads faster in its company, metals pit and bones soften to chalk. The Chemicgeist waxes over its victims, leaving no trace when challenged, making this energy almost impossible to handle.
